E-Tran Bus Information

E-Tran is a public transportation agency and is not associated with the Elk Grove Unified School District.  Public transit agencies are prohibited from modifying any bus schedules to accommodate alternative bell schedules.  Examples: Late Start Wednesdays, Minimum and Reverse Minimum Days.  Parents should make alternative transportation arrangements during any day that T.J.M.S. is not on a regular bell schedule.

Aspiring actors: Advance Theatre at Franklin is holding auditions this Wednesday!  If you want to try out, you need to prepare a 1-minute long monologue and arrive at HE-5 at Franklin at 3:00 on February 1st.  Please see Ms. Spinelli to sign up and if you have any questions or need help with your monologue.  [1/30]

 

Attention Jaguars, the next regular Royal J Meeting will be this Wednesday, February 1st at 8 am in MG 4 with Mrs. Dunn.  Come to check your file, ask questions, submit paperwork, and pick up forms.  Remember, you need to attend at least two meetings per term to stay eligible in Royal J.  After this, there will only be one more Term 3 meeting!!  See you there!  [1/30 – 1/31]

 

Attention 8thGraders – Disneyland sign ups start today during lunch!  In order to sign up you must have your ID card, completed permission slip, cash or check made out to TJMS and sign up with the person you want to sit on the bus with.  Seats are filled in the order the sign ups are received so don’t wait until the last minute! This field trip fills up fast & always has a waiting list and you don’t want to miss out on this fun field trip.  [1/30 – 2/1]

 

The Franklin TAB is a group of teens that meets monthly to discuss teen topics, provide feedback for the library, and plan upcoming teen programs.  Come and make your voice heard on Wednesday, February 1st at 4 PM!  New members welcome.  [1/30 – 2/1]

 

The Academic Talent Search (ATS) Qualifying Exam will be offered at Toby Johnson on Wednesday, February 22nd at 8:00am.  Students who take this test automatically qualify for the ATS Summer Program at Sacramento State.  If you are interested in taking the exam, you must pick up and return the completed form to Mrs. Baclig in Student Services no later than Friday, February 3rd.  [1/30 – 2/3]
